RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We provide 14 days return, from date of purchase. We want you to love the Commune Wear footwear. If it doesn't fit well or it is not what you expected. You can just send them back in it's original state, unworn, unaltered and undamaged items and in the original packaging. All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer. In the event that the returned item(s) do not meet our policy, it will not be accept and a top-up payment for redelivery will be required. 

Once we have verified your return, a Shop Credit refund will be issued to your account at communewear.com. Your Shop Credit will be valid for 90 days from date of issue, and can be utilised partially or in full online at communewear.com. 

For exchanges, once we have verified your exchange piece, we will proceed to send out the product that you request (provided that it is in stock). If not, a Shop Credit refund will be issued to your account at communewear.com. 

For returns & exchanges: via post - kindly drop us an email for our return address. 

How to return

Step 1: Email us at hello@communewear.com with your order number, item you wish to return/exchange, the reason for doing so, within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

Step 2: Pack the item back in the original packaging or any that prevent the item from being damaged. Include your order number and contact details in the return parcel. 

Step 3: Return via a trackable mode of courier, postage will be borne by customers. Normal mail parcels for return are not accepted. 

If you would like us to arrange the pick up for return, that will be SGD $4.
