Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We provide 14 days return, from date of purchase. After 14 days from date of purchase, all sales are final. 

We want you to love the Commune Wear footwear. If it doesn't fit well or it is not what you expected. You can just send them back in it's original state, unworn, unaltered and undamaged items and in the original packaging. All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer. In the event that the returned item(s) do not meet our policy, it will not be accept and a top-up payment for redelivery will be required. 

Once we have verified your return, a Shop Credit refund will be issued to your account at communewear.com. Your Shop Credit will be valid for 90 days from date of issue, and can be utilised partially or in full online at communewear.com. 

Refunds are only applicable for defective products, and this applies exclusively to the last available piece in our inventory. We are unable to process any refunds otherwise. 

For exchanges, once we have verified your exchange piece, we will proceed to send out the product that you request (provided that it is in stock). If not, a Shop Credit refund will be issued to your account within 2 - 3 working days at communewear.com. 

We are unable to provide any reservation for exchanges, unless it's a defective product.

Do note that you're only allowed one exchange per item, be it in the form of exchanging size or refund for a shop credit. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policy.

In store return and exchange

You can exchange and return your online purchase in store at Our Cove by Commune Wear at Cluny Court ! As long as we have the stock in store we can facilitate the exchange. The shoes you are exchanging have to be unworn, unused, in it's original packaging (cloth bag) and within the 14 days return policy. 

In the event that you would prefer a Shop Credit refund, it will be issued to your account within 2 - 3 working days at communewear.com. We won't be able to process it on the spot. 

When initiating returns or exchanges, kindly provide your order number and specify the relevant details regarding the shoes involved. For defect-related exchanges, attaching images would be greatly appreciated.

How to request for an exchange

We aim to respond to your inquiries within 3-5 working days. To enhance communication efficiency, we kindly request refraining from sending multiple emails across different platforms. 

When initiating returns or exchanges, kindly provide your order number and specify the relevant details regarding the shoes involved. For defect-related exchanges, attaching images would be greatly appreciated.

How to return via post

Step 1: Email us at hello@communewear.com with your order number, item you wish to return/exchange, the reason for doing so, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Do not contact us via our social media for exchanges/returns.

Step 2: Pack the item back in the original packaging or any that prevent the item from being damaged. Include your order number and contact details in the return parcel. 

Step 3: Return via a trackable mode of courier, postage will be borne by customers. Normal mail parcels for return are not accepted. 

If you would like us to arrange the pick up for return, that will be SGD $5 each way. A total of $10 for pick up and delivery.
